
ABOUT ME

I’m Jenni, a certified breathwork facilitator passionate about helping people break free from stress, anxiety, trauma, and the self-limiting beliefs that weigh us down in today’s fast-paced world.
​
I didn't always live a holistic lifestyle. For years, I worked in high-stress environments — first in banking and mortgages, including five years at JP Morgan Chase, and later in a demanding role at a successful interior design firm. After moving from Florida to New Jersey, what I thought would be a fresh start turned into a cycle of chronic illness, anxiety, and depression. I found myself constantly sick, reliant on antibiotics and steroids, and numbing my pain with alcohol.

THE CHANGE

In 2019, everything shifted. I stumbled upon an online breathwork workshop and, without realizing it, took the first step toward reclaiming my life. That single yes opened the door to a deeper exploration of holistic healing. I began working with practices like acupuncture, yoga, and Reiki, which helped me reconnect with my body and start healing from the inside out.
​
As I continued on this path, I became certified in Healing Breathwork with David Elliott, followed by Reiki I and II, Meditation Teacher Training with The Veda Den, and Kundalini Activation through The Temple of KA. These practices shaped the intuitive, heart-centered way I now hold space.
I committed to my healing work more fully—not just as a personal journey, but as a way of supporting others.

Today, I guide clients through their own transformations, both in person in Southern New Jersey and globally via Zoom. Whether you’re a working professional, a stressed-out parent, or someone navigating grief or anxiety, I hold space for you to breathe, release, and reconnect with yourself.
​
My sessions weave together breathwork, somatic awareness, and energetic healing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with what’s real. It’s not about fixing yourself—it’s about meeting yourself with honesty and care.
